Shipping Information

Your parcel ships from the partner lab that fulfils the order: Baltic Peptides in Lithuania or Particle Peptides in Slovakia. Both are inside the EU, which is an advantage for intra-EU delivery: goods in free circulation normally avoid an external EU import step. Destination restrictions and inspections can still apply. Published partner terms and our delivery experience are set out below.

Baltic Peptides, shipping from Lithuania

Our primary partner and the destination for most of the catalogue. From their published shipping page :

• All EU member states are covered, shipped from their Lithuanian fulfilment centre.
• Orders are processed the same business day when they arrive before the daily cut-off. Weekends and public holidays do not count.
• Tracking is issued at dispatch, with a confirmation email.
• Thermal packaging is standard rather than a paid upgrade, and so is the discreet outer box.
• Tracked EU shipping is free on orders over €150.
• International routes outside the EU exist on request, with longer transit times and local import duties payable by the buyer.

In our order experience, Baltic Peptides EU deliveries usually take 2–5 business days. This is an indicative timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Some shipments to Ireland currently take 10 days or longer; confirm the latest estimate before ordering. Transit time depends on the destination and carrier.

Particle Peptides, shipping from Slovakia

Used for compounds Baltic Peptides does not carry. Their general terms are more cautious about timing, and it is worth knowing why before you order:

• Delivery times they quote are described in their own terms as provisional and non-binding. The commitment is a reasonable time, usually within 10 working days of order confirmation and payment.
• They choose the carrier and the route unless something else is agreed in the order.
• If a delivery fails because of the buyer, a wrong address, an uncollected parcel, a refused shipment, the buyer carries the cost of sending and returning it, and the refund is the price minus those costs.

Customs, and where it stops being covered

For goods in free circulation shipped between EU countries, there is normally no import duty or ordinary import clearance. This does not rule out inspections, national product restrictions or delays. Outside the EU, delivery may take longer and destination import rules, duties and other charges must be checked separately.

Some compounds are restricted in some jurisdictions. Checking what may lawfully enter your country is yours to do, and no supplier can do it for you. Our regional pages set out what we know country by country, but they are information rather than a guarantee, and a parcel seized by customs is not refundable by anyone.

One specific exclusion worth knowing: Baltic Peptides excludes flat-rate shipments to Romania, Russia and Belarus from its delivery guarantees because of local postal reliability. Express shipping to those countries stays covered.

Temperature in transit

Lyophilised peptides are generally more stable than solutions, and Baltic Peptides packs them with thermal protection as standard. The acceptable temperature range and exposure time depend on the compound and formulation. Check the supplier’s handling instructions for the selected material; packaging alone does not establish its stability.

On arrival, follow the supplier’s storage conditions for the exact compound and formulation. Solution stability also depends on the solvent, concentration and temperature; use the documented conditions rather than a universal refrigerated shelf life. If a parcel is late, lost or damaged

Ireland delivery update: Some shipments to Ireland are currently experiencing delays of 10 days or longer. Allow additional time and confirm the latest delivery estimate with the supplier before ordering. If your parcel is already in transit, use its tracking number and contact the supplier for an update.

The claim goes to the supplier, because the order is theirs. Baltic Peptides insures every shipment in transit at no cost and will reship or refund a parcel that has not arrived after 30 days on standard shipping or 14 days on express, once verified. If tracking shows the parcel has stopped moving or gone back to sender, you can ask sooner. Damage, or the wrong item, must be reported to them with photographs within 7 days of delivery, so photograph the parcel the day it lands.

A parcel the courier has recorded as delivered is treated as fulfilled by both suppliers; at that point the investigation is with the carrier and you have to open it. The full picture, including what nobody covers, is on our buyer protection page.
