1. What this site is

Baltic BioLabs (balticbiolabs.eu) is an independent research peptide shop in Vilnius, Lithuania. Our catalogue brings together vial sizes, prices, published third-party batch reports and delivery information. We also publish research summaries and country-by-country information. Orders are fulfilled by the named independent supplier: Baltic Peptides (balticpeptides.com), code balticbiolabs10, or Particle Peptides (particlepeptides.com), code BALTIC10. At present Baltic BioLabs holds no stock, takes no payment and operates no checkout.

When you click a buy link you leave this site. Your order, your payment and your contract are formed with Baltic Peptides (Lithuania) or Particle Peptides (Slovakia), on their terms. Nothing on this page creates a contract of sale between you and us; the sale is made by the partner.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.

2. How we are paid

We earn a commission when someone buys after following one of our links. That commission comes out of the supplier's margin; it does not add anything to your price. It funds the research summaries, the comparison guides and the certificate library.

This is a commercial arrangement and you should read the site knowing that. Our affiliate disclosure sets out the detail.

3. Research use only

Every compound described here is supplied by our partners strictly for in vitro laboratory research and chemical analysis. A research-use label does not by itself determine a product's regulatory classification or authorise therapeutic use. Published studies or approval of a medicinal formulation do not establish approval of a linked research reagent. Verify requirements for the exact product and jurisdiction.

Nothing on this site is an instruction, a protocol or an encouragement to administer any compound to a person or an animal. Where published research reports dosing figures, they are reproduced as literature, for context, and never as guidance.

4. No medical advice

We are not doctors, pharmacists or any kind of clinician, and nothing here is medical advice. The mechanisms and studies we summarise are drawn from published literature, which describes the materials, experimental models or clinical populations actually studied. Those results do not validate use of a linked commercial research reagent in a person.

If you have a health question, ask a qualified professional. Do not use this site to answer one.

5. Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or to order from the suppliers we link to.

Legality varies by country. Some compounds are restricted in some jurisdictions, and checking what may lawfully be imported and held where you are is your responsibility, not ours and not the supplier's. Our regional pages cover what we know, but they are information, not legal advice, and not a guarantee.

6. Prices, stock and product information

We work to keep the prices, sizes and availability shown here matching what you will meet at the supplier, and we audit those links rather than waiting to be told one has broken. But we do not control any of them: a price can change, a size can sell out, and a product can be withdrawn between our check and your click.

The supplier's own page is always the authority. If ours disagrees with theirs, theirs is correct and ours is wrong, and we would rather you told us so we can fix it.

Purity figures come from certificates issued by the supplier's testing laboratory. We publish those certificates in full on our lab reports page so the claim can be checked against the document rather than taken from us.

7. Orders, delivery, returns and refunds

All of these are matters between you and the supplier who took your order, governed by their terms. We cannot cancel an order, redirect a parcel, issue a refund or accept a return, because none of those things pass through us.

We summarise both suppliers' published terms in plain language on shipping and buyer protection, including the claim windows and what nobody covers. Those summaries are for orientation; the supplier's own policy governs.

What we will do is chase a claim that has gone quiet. Write to support@balticbiolabs.eu with the supplier's order number.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site:

• to source compounds for human or veterinary administration
• to obtain anything for resale or onward distribution
• in any way that breaks the law where you are
• to scrape, copy or republish our content at scale
• to attempt to interfere with the site or its infrastructure

9. Limits of our responsibility

We publish information and links. We are responsible for the accuracy of what we publish and for correcting it when it is wrong, and that is a duty we take seriously enough to audit our own claims against the suppliers' certificates and policies.

We are not responsible for the goods themselves, for their handling once they arrive, for any use made of them, or for the acts and omissions of the suppliers, who are independent companies and not our agents. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded it is not excluded; nothing here limits your rights under mandatory consumer law against the party that actually sold to you.

Handling research chemicals carries risk. Anyone doing so assumes it, and should be qualified, equipped and working to proper laboratory practice.

10. Data protection

We process personal data under the GDPR. What we collect, why, and how to have it removed are set out in our privacy policy and cookie policy. Note that anything you enter at a supplier's checkout is processed by them, under their policy, not ours.

11. Intellectual property

The text, comparisons and page structure on this site are ours. Certificates of analysis belong to the laboratories and suppliers that issued them and are republished here so they can be checked. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners; using them to identify a compound is not a claim of affiliation.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes about the site belong to the Lithuanian courts. Disputes about an order belong under the supplier's terms, which for Particle Peptides means Slovak law.

13. Changes

We update these terms when the site changes, and the date at the top says when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
